1. About the Services and ethics.
Lunaticanocti is committed to maintaining clear ethical and professional boundaries.
Astrology and tarot services are intended to support personal reflection, self-awareness and spiritual exploration. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial or other licensed professional services.
For ethical reasons, Lunaticanocti does not provide guidance, diagnosis or advice regarding:
physical or mental health conditions;
medical treatment or medication;
psychiatric disorders;
abusive, violent or coercive relationships;
situations involving domestic violence, sexual abuse or safeguarding concerns;
legal disputes or criminal matters;
any circumstance requiring intervention by qualified professionals or emergency services.
Clients seeking support in these areas are encouraged to consult the appropriate healthcare providers, licensed therapists, legal professionals or relevant support organisations.
If, during a consultation, it becomes clear that a client's needs fall outside the ethical scope of these services, Lunaticanocti reserves the right to respectfully decline or discontinue the consultation and recommend that the client seek appropriate professional support.
2. Disclaimer
By booking a consultation or participating in any event, workshop or activity, you acknowledge that:
you participate voluntarily;
you are responsible for your own physical, emotional and psychological well-being;
any guidance provided is intended as supportive insight only;
Lunaticanocti can’t guarantee specific outcomes or results.
3. Personal Responsibility
Every participant is responsible for their own safety, health and personal belongings during workshops, events and consultations.
Lunatica Nocti shall not be liable for injuries, losses, damages or consequences arising from participation, except where liability cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
4. Privacy and Personal Data
Personal information is collected only when necessary to provide the requested services.
Personal data may include:
name;
email address;
birth date, time and place (when required for astrology);
any information voluntarily shared by the client.
All personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU Regulation 2016/679).
Personal information is never sold to third parties.
Online consultations may be recorded only for the client's personal use and delivered privately after the session.
Clients may request deletion of their personal data after the consultation, unless retention is required by applicable law (for example, accounting or tax obligations).
Age Requirement
Services are available only to individuals aged 18 years or older.
5. Workshops and Events
Participation in workshops and events is voluntary.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are physically and emotionally able to participate.
If a participant experiences discomfort during an activity, they are encouraged to stop and inform the organizer.
6. Collaborations with Businesses, Shops and Organisations
These terms apply to collaborations with companies, shops, venues and event organisers.
Deposit
For larger events or events requiring significant preparation, Lunaticanocti may request a deposit of 30% of the agreed fee before the event.
The booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the requested deposit.
Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within 15 calendar days following the event date.
Late Payments
If payment has not been received within 15 days, a reminder invoice will be issued.
From the day following the payment deadline, a late fee of €5 per day will be added until payment is received, unless prohibited by applicable law.
The organiser is responsible for any reasonable collection costs incurred due to unpaid invoices, where permitted by Dutch law.
7. Cancellation by Lunaticanocti
If Lunatica Nighty is unable to attend an event due to illness, force majeure or other exceptional circumstances, any deposit or advance payment already received will be refunded in full.
This refund constitutes the organiser's sole remedy.
8. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, accidents, natural disasters, government restrictions or other unforeseen events.
9. Appointments and Reservations
Most Friday sessions operate as walk-in consultations, and no prior appointment is required.
For consultations that require advance booking or a reserved time slot, the following terms apply:
Appointments cancelled with less than 16-12 hours' notice may be subject to a 30% cancellation fee to cover the reserved time and any preparation undertaken.
Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice (no-show) remain responsible for payment of the full consultation fee.
Fees already paid for missed appointments are non-refundable.
At Lunaticanocti’s sole discretion, an appointment may be rescheduled to another available date instead of being forfeited.
In exceptional circumstances, requests for rescheduling due to emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
If a confirmed appointment is cancelled by Lunaticanocti any payment already received will be refunded in full, unless the client chooses to reschedule the consultation to another mutually agreed date.
