Hi, I’m Giulia Castagna
The creator of lunaticanocti
Lunaticanocti was born from a time of solitude and inner searching , a space of uncertainty that carried within it the courage to begin again and fully step into my calling. When you step into these disciplines, you accept the shadows and learn to work repeatedly between light and darkness.
I had to leave home more than once in order to fully become myself. For this reason, my logo needed to represent sacrifice as something sacred not as loss, but as devotion to one’s path.
Heart
Devotion, feelings and inner rythm.
Pomegranate
Sacrifice as sacred act. Between Dark and light.

Lunatica Nocti was born from a personal memory and a cosmic signature: as a Cancer, my ruling planet is the Moon — and the first word I ever spoke as a child was “Moony”. This small moment, shared by my parents, stayed with me, shaping a name that would later become the heart of my creative journey.
For years, Lunatica Nocti was a private space shared with close friends, where I explored my passions for Tarot, astrology, and the esoteric. In 2020, I transformed it into a public platform, a place to share meaningful content, reflections, and insights. I trained as a social media manager to cultivate my vision, turning a personal hobby into a professional practice — blending intuition, creativity, and strategy.
My path has led me to participate in many events connecting astrology, Tarot, and art: from workshops at the Muses Museum in Savigliano, to esoteric gatherings in Turin, to reading Tarot in a Gothic church in Amsterdam during the launch of The Visionary’s Artist Tarot by the Clubhuis collective.
Art has always been central to my life. I graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Turin and taught art in public schools across Italy. I also studied human sciences, psychology, and pedagogy, discovering how relationships and human connection create invaluable insight — even in their temporality. During my studies, I interned at Turin’s Contemporary and Modern Art Gallery, caring for educational spaces and curating experiences alongside colleagues. I have exhibited sculptures, installations, and personal projects, exploring both intimate and social themes.
Art itself holds magic. For years, I have practiced planetary magic and studied Italian and international traditions, which allowed me to develop a personal practice. A central focus is working with ancestors: studying astrogenealogy gave meaning to my continuous need to listen to my grandparents’ stories, to explore family photos, and to honor the wisdom of previous generations. Through this practice of devotion and research, I found healing and clarity about my purpose.
After my formal art training, I turned to astrology and Tarot, beginning my professional journey in Turin — a city that became my nigredo, where I faced darkness and transformed it into fertile ground for growth. Today, my artistic vision and esoteric practice are inseparable. I create illustrations infused with intention for consultations, guide others through Tarot and astrology, and craft experiences that honor the movement of the stars and the rhythm of life.
Lunatica Nocti is a space where art, astrology, Tarot, and generational awareness meet. It is about personal growth, exploration, and conscious choice. Every consultation, illustration, and shared reflection carries intention, curiosity, and care — inviting you to step deeper into your own story.
It doesn’t matter how big your dream is , what truly matters is feeling that it is important.
